Change Taxonomy
A taxonomy is a method for categorizing and linking related information. The Quality/Strategic Leadership taxonomy is a work in progress with an aim to provide an easier and faster way of providing focus, support and immediate feedback on the status of change related initiatives be they personal, local and/or global.
The challenge is to develop the alignment and interrelationship between requirements, stakeholders, products/services, and respective feedback measures along with the respective “planned change” initiative (see Leadership Framework).
The basic terms and concepts (connecting the dots) and strategery provides an application context.
